Is it unreasonable to think that the recent steps taken by more than a few states to legalize the evil weed might be met by similar steps on the federal level...and sooner rather than later?

Doesn't the hope of FUTURE profits form the basis of current share prices and the creation of current businesses?

Don't we see in that same small cap, non-revenue producing group of companies many examples of shells that never have and probably never will operate anything, yet somehow seem to draw investors? (Maybe not a GREAT idea, but should people who are so inclined be denied the right to throw their money in that direction?)

I'm not buying into it....I've got that piece of my SS check budgeted for papers....but surely there are at least a few babies that you're going to throw out with the bathwater with the "EVERY SINGLE Marijuana play is a scam" approach. How long will the line be when the day comes...unless you're really convinced that it never will...that the Feds decide it's time to smoke em if you've got em?
Will you be providing us a heads up in advance of the day when this is no longer true?:
"Marijuana is an illegal substance deemed by the Federal Government, it cannot be grown, consumed, bought and sold in the United States under Federal law."
Should high risk entrepreneurs and investors wait until then?

“I have had a wonderful time but this wasn't it.”
