Someone hit me in a PM about why I think EVERY SINGLE Marijuana play is a scam. This is very simple folks, Marijuana is an illegal substance deemed by the Federal Government, it cannot be grown, consumed, bought and sold in the United States under Federal law. People seem to think these States that "legalized" marijuana exempt them from such Federal Laws.... WRONG! The fact the Federal Government hasn't cracked down is simply resources and need to do so at this time. The CFR hasn't changed in regards to such illegal substances, the same CFR that govern the regulatory agency known as the SEC.

If one were to establish a legitimate marijuana business it could not be a "publicly traded" security. There is a reason that all pot stores are "CASH ONLY" and a reason that no banks, institutions, crowd funding or other "liquidity pools" maybe used to fund these "companies" it is an illegal activity. Private money is what is funding all of these "stores" in Colorado. Have you heard of "money laundering", since marijuana is a crime any transaction that can be traced would build a money laundering case against that entity. Not to mention there are interstate laws and distribution laws that apply, even a product like alcohol for example can lead to State and Federal prosecution and it is a legal substance.

So where does it leave this? Many touts were busy pumping the Farm Bill passed earlier this week... lol... DUMBASSES... The Farm Bill covered the growing of INDUSTRIAL GRADE HEMP, if you do not know the difference between marijuana and hemp then you shouldn't even be playing in the OTC in the first place, let alone getting involved in the euphoric OTC marijuana plays. Hemp is product similar to marijuana but does not have the high THC content therefore not a suitable substitute for marijuana. But that is not the reason they are dumbasses, the industrial grade hemp is only under a "pilot" program and not for commercial development. Some Universities and State Agricultural Departments will be a part of this small pilot program and that is it.

There is no "dust to settle", the laws are cut and dry and people are getting clowned by manipulative word play, right out of their pocket books.
