You cannot operate any type of financial website on a cheap $10 month hosting plan. No real business does that anyway. Also, notice how the website does nothing when you go to it, it means it is already being hosted. If it were not hosted, you would see GoDaddy's little banner saying this domain is owned.
Here is a thought...
Have you thought about the company re-designing the website to include features that would allow customers to transact through the website. This would include a user friendly interface for customers, a secure site, etc.. Second, the website at this point cannot go live until the financials are posted. Why? Perhaps as I mentioned their is new information on this website and it can only be legally released after the filings.
Also, I have previously discussed cash flows, the cash on hand means nothing when you understand how money is flowing throughout the quarter. I always get a chuckle when this number is pointed out as it is just another way to confuse the naive investor. ex. I have $3k on hand today, but damn tomorrow starts a new quarter and I could have $100k coming in just one day after the last quarter ended, which is not reflected in the cash on hand value. See what I mean, it is just a number at the time of the filing.
Well, they have raised money over the life of this ticker symbol, which is indicated by the accumulated deficit. However, much of that amount comes prior to Dwyer taking over. So if you would kindly update that number that would be great. I have seen countless companies raise more than that and end up going bankrupt, so whoever takes over the shell has that amount listed as accumulated deficit, again, its only a number to confuse the naive investor that Dwyer is stealing their hard-earned money. I LOL today.
Cheers to BCAP success! Don't be shocked when it happens!
