notice how the website does nothing when you go to it, it means it is already being hosted. If it were not hosted, you would see GoDaddy's little banner saying this domain is owned.
"does nothing when you go to it" was my point!
Have you thought about the company re-designing the website to include features that would allow customers to transact through the website
Don't you need a business + customers for that to work?
the website at this point cannot go live until the financials are posted.
?????????? okay whatever
the cash on hand means nothing when you understand how money is flowing throughout the quarter
if only anyone understood how any "money" is flowing through a company not doing business, except for the obvious note swapping and debt swapping and other smoke and mirror stuff ... how could ANYONE understand how this phantom "money" is flowing without any fins in over a year?
Well, they have raised money over the life of this ticker symbol, which is indicated by the accumulated deficit. However, much of that amount comes prior to Dwyer taking over. So if you would kindly update that number that would be great. I have seen countless companies raise more than that and end up going bankrupt, so whoever takes over the shell has that amount listed as accumulated deficit, again,
point taken, I will go back and count all the money from Matt Dwyer's failures ONLY and see if the number winds up HIGHER
its only a number to confuse the naive investor that Dwyer is stealing their hard-earned money
No fins in 12+ months would lead any person to the conclusion they have been robbed, just my opinion of course.....
I suppose the Skull & Crossbones is another thing to "confuse the naïve investor" roflmao as well as the lengthy explanation from OTC on just how a company gets the "POISON" warning:
OTC Markets Group Inc. (“OTC Markets”) has discontinued the display of quotes on www.otcmarkets.com for this security because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) for one of the following reasons: ?Promotion/Spam without Adequate Current Information — The security is being promoted to the public, but adequate current information about the issuer has not been made available to the public. OTC Markets believes adequate current information must be publicly available during any period when a security is the subject of ongoing promotional activities having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities. At such instances, as a matter of policy, when adequate current information is not made available, OTC Markets will label the security as "Caveat Emptor." Promotional activities may include spam email, unsolicited faxes or news releases, whether they are published by the issuer or a third party. ?Investigation of Fraud or Other Criminal Activities — There is an investigation of fraudulent or other criminal activity involving the company, its securities or insiders. When OTC Markets becomes aware of such investigation, the companies’ securities may be subject to Caveat Emptor. ?Suspension/Halt — A regulatory authority or an exchange has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earnings halt). ?Undisclosed Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of a corporate action, such as a reverse merger, stock split, or name change, without adequate current information being publicly available. ?Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public. ?Other Public Interest Concern — OTC Markets has determined that there is a public interest concern regarding the security. Such concerns may include but are not limited to promotion, spam or disruptive corporate actions even when adequate current information is available. OTC Markets will resume the display of this security’s quotes once adequate current information is made available by the issuer pursuant to the Alternative Reporting Standard or by the SEC Reporting Standard, and until OTC Markets believes there is no longer a public interest concern. Investors are encouraged to use caution and due diligence in their investment decisions. Please read our Investor Protection page and OTC Markets Policy Regarding Caveat Emptor for more information.
