financials will be very interesting even if they are over a year late. What on earth could possibly be in those fins is anyone's guess as he hasn't been doing an ounce of business, last report he had $3,997 cash left and that was what 14 months ago?

From amended Q2 2012 quarterly report filed Oct 4, 2012:

revenue posted = $0 (yeah, ZERO revenue for a "financial empire"...and the same amount posted for 2011)
cash on hand = $3,997.00 (I would bet NOT cash - accumulated food stamps)

As of June 30, 2012, the Company owed two related parties $2,295 for operating expenses. (Wow! cancels out most of that "cash on hand"

expenses = $225,000 "salaries" (not a bad paycheck for 6 months of doing NOTHING) yeah I know he claims he wasn't paid and he works for free ....

During the first quarter the Company issued 230,000,000 shares of its Common stock to Fairhills Capital under rule 504 for a total of $25,000

Okay I stand corrected he was doing something.....

In September 2012 the Company executed an LOI to purchase an operational stock transfer company to be merged into its new subsidiary. The Company anticipates closing the transaction near the end of October 2012.

Almost a year late! What happened to this fabled stock transfer company?
