YKR, it is very apparent because at the AGM the documents of title were there showing Jorges name as title holder and signed off by the Government of Chile. Jorge lawyer even stood up and verified authenticity and validation of the claims. Why do you think that there must be a Supreme Court ruling as I believe Jorge has always had title. Barrick tried to swindle the titles from Jorge for $20.00. That has been rejected in court. I have no idea where you get your information the MSX and Jorge are back pedalling, because I have seen no evidence.
