Don't you find it odd that JL or anyone else on this board for that matter, can't come up with the case number to the Supreme Court ruling that awarded JL title as JL claims happened??

There has been so many conflicting dates as to when JL "received title" that it is comical.

Now MSX and JL are backpedaling on Mina Pascua (just like Barrick) and now saying there is another Mine that JL will GIVE MSX that is just as good as Mina Pascua.As far as JL having "legal access"....NOBODY has legal access at the moment as it is still under a 2001 court ruling saying no one is allowed on the property.

Have you heard word one about financing for Mina Pascua.....YES! Now we hear that this "other" mine will have to finance Mina Pascua???? JL holding clean title to the largest gold mine in the world and he can't get financing??? This really does keep getting better and better.
