Because since the day I have come to this board that is the way that JL has said he aquired Mina Pascua, thats why. A 2006 Appealate court decision upheld by a 2008 Supreme court decision....he has said that a hundred times....no? What do you mean you thought "he always had title"? Do you think it just appeared one day? As far swindling the titles from JL for $20.....first it wasn not JL it was VILLAR and 2nd, all that ever came of that is that the RIGHTS were given to VILLAR....never title....to ANYONE!

So, I say it again to JL or anyone else....give me the court case number in which JL (or even Villar) was awarded title as JL claims happened.... every other day on this board.

Regarding the back pedaling....

You better go back and read JL's post of a few days ago. He basically says that Mina Pascua is on the back burner because BARRICK ruined his name and Mina Pascua's. The company mentioning the "new" property in South America....excuse me but MSX hasn't raised a dime for Mina Pascua and they are looking to finance another property? Both these "back pedals" came a day or two after catchathief said the real owner, a international mining company, would be announced in the near future. Both JL and Brent know that JL does not own the real Mina Pascua and need to do SOMETHING before that announcement comes out.
