November 15.
This is the unknown and we are dealing unpredictable dynamics (microwave, water, electricity). The product we are building comes with NO instruction manuals.
Richard:
It's been three years at least, you have not started a manual yet?

So is this site open for intelligent discussion? One of the esteemed posters from Ihub (Hockmir) would like a few questions answered.

"So, where exactly is this unknown stuff that we are facing, like grim-jawed angels of technology?"
"About the only thing that is unknown, and which makes some difference to the operation of a microwave water heating device is the choice of operating frequency. The common commodity grade magnetrons which can be gotten easily are designed to operate somewhat off of the optimum energy transfer frequency to provide the necessary cooking environment in a microwave oven. In this application, would it be more effective to have a magnetron custom designed and manufactured to improve the energy transfer efficiency to the water flowing through the heater, or, perhaps this is handled by the super-secret and sacred MMMCCCHHHUUU or whatever they call it that effectuates the transfer of energy from a (perhaps) 70% efficient magnetron to the water."
"Or, perhaps the unknown is how you start with an energy efficiency of about 70% in the magnetron and couple more than 100% of the supplied energy to the alleged water which your alleged heater is allegedly heating, when you can find an extension cord that fits it."
"I would love to hear the response to these points. Wanderport? Robert? Anyone? Buehler? Anyone?"

You should be mature enough to know that nasty snide remarks don't get you ahead. Tell your so called esteemed companion to speak for himself and call the company.

Robert! You need to quit taking your european breaks until you get a WORKING unit. Put your light bulbs on hold and get this done. We, as investors, need to see more than a couple of light bulbs over your head. Don't give two hoots about the video. Videos can be faked as well as numbers. Don't do it. Time to come clean and be honest. Honest numbers, a production faciltity, and a production date, in that order and soon. OR, sell this to someone who cares and walk away!

@ Wanderport. OK I'll take that as a no. Now as to the other comment. I beg to differ. On the contrary as a longtime investor in WDRP I know a quite bit about things that "done't get you ahead". But seriously the questions were not about me, or you, or the posters at Ihub. They were about the product and the technology behind it.
