We also know they priced their offering from 20M to 30M shares at $4.25/share. They did the opposite of everything they said. They originally received the document they did an offering with the last sales price at $5.58 http://1.usa.gov/MYBBHM
They rode it all the way down to $4.30 before releasing the news today. Wow! Management did a horrible job here on this. Investor confidence has to be at an all time low IMO.
