An interesting philosophical response. Technically speaking, the stock has completed a classic upward reversal formation (accumulation) followed by a commonly occurring healthy technical pullback (distribution). Now at this juncture, volume appears to have dried up, ( as the market awaits the next major corporate development) since there is more or less an equilibrium between buyers and sellers. In hindsight, those who profited by selling early on the pullback acted wisely. As far as those investors currently long the stock ( including myself), the next several days are crucial. Although I am not privileged to any additional resources other than what everyone else on this board has access to, I personally am optimistic about approval considering management has already scheduled a conference call for Monday. If this call were to be cancelled before any other announcements, I would have to rethink my investment strategy.
