Bio---the short answer has to do with the direction of buying pressure---if the buying happens at the ask mostly---then we have accumulation with positive price movement--upwards pressure----if the buying happens mostly at the bid then we have accumulation with negative price pressure---and price will go down or flat-line-----there is a buyer for every seller---so what matters is where they buy-- bid vs. ask--people who have held their positions for some time will usually only add at the bid----many players will never buy at the ask---all of these facts are accumulative with negative price pressure---they also describe a micro-cap bio play only days away from a FDA decision where there is conviction but it is weak---if it were strong then all of the current holders would be adding at the ask. The market is telling us what we as a group truly believe. I still am long and believe we will get approval. JMHO
