Cadillac---I agree with your observation on the conference call---scheduling a CC wouldn't influence anyone, so it would seem reasonable to assume the directors of Talon feel very confident in the outcome---you are also correct that I am not a master of technical analysis---I operate on the premise that humans are not primarily rational, so behavior is somewhat predictable solely based on the base instincts of greed/fear.
