Nothing negative about that. Keating is too old to run the company anymore and wants to retire, so they bring in a new guy with lots of experience in bringing new technology to market to start the transition from R&D to commercialization. New guy, gets the ball rolling and provides the company with guidance in the direction they need to go. Meanwhile, they find an even better new guy with tons more experience in where they actually want to take the company, so 1st new guy steps aside and lets 2nd new guy take over to lead the company to eventual greatness. How is that a negative unless you're only looking outside and don't bother to look at the underlying reasons for the changes.
