Norman Peltz, hedgefund manager and director of HNZ, sold 835K shares of HNZ on 9/20/11 and 9/21/11 at approximately $50/sh:

The $42M sale represents about 40% of Peltz’s pre-sale holding. I find it somewhat odd that an insider like Peltz would unload so much stock during a broad market sell-off.
