I don't expect any big chain to be interested until we have 1000's of non chain restaurants under our wing.

If I drive down to my local mall there must 7-10 large chain restaurants. but I pick up my local newspaper there are 30+ one of kind establishments. These are really the best restaurants as everything is not mass produced. They all have very different atmospheres and menus which make the dinning experience all the more pleasurable than the same old TGIF, 99, Smokey Bones, etc.

This will be Lecere's target audience.
