I think the smaller restaurants will file in first, since they typically have limited funds and IT staff to start with (remember daehl's post about SaaS consuming 20% of company resources)...

Corporations and chains will be slower to act, but trust me...if it can positively impact the bottom line...IT WILL HAPPEN.
