I agree, if SL was not going to complete the deal he would never have given XMDC enough information to allow for reverse engineering, that is why the case is critical.
At this point IMO XMDC does not have enough information to do anything with the device and SH need the courts to club SL to either force him back into agreement or force him to turn over ALL THE ASSETS so that XMDC can go forward with the device.
IMO XMDC's law firm is holding the fate of our shares in their hands and if they are as good as they appear to be verse SL lawyers who I could not find anything on we may have a chance.
But our fate is now tied to the courts, so I'm crossing my fingers and hope for the best.
Granted this is all based upon the device actually working and the whole thing not being a complex scam.
