XMDC bought the patent rights, the plans are right there, ALL that remains is a court re-affirmation of the agreement--PL's position that "XMDC can go forward with what we have" is a possible threat(already made in private to SL many weeks ago)

XMDC might have enough design info to "reverse engineer", but I doubt it, because if XMDC did, the first lawsuit PR would have said "we have design prints, NOTHING will stop us from manufacturing, all we need is coourt to re-affirm OWNERSHIP because SL "pushed back" the compensation. PL did NOT say this

"enforceable agreement" is what the courts are being asked for by XMDC, IF we get that ruling, we should be able to get complete design plans, all depends on SL conscience as to how far down the "criminal" road he wants to go
