JC, I had doubts about PL from the get go, BUT after digging for "dirt", I found that his past experiences(while no big successes) left NO ONE who was betrayed or "scammed' by PL, the businesses all had nothing bad to say.
What that says in "absentia" is that PL might find his "successful calling" elsewhere, but he didnt with those companies,,, BUT also "beware" because PL might have some "rough spots" hiding in the background-------I believe in PL, but he is now showing his "rough spots"
The law firm represents a "credible" beakon for an enforceable agreement, the device WORKS, PL would not be at this point if it didn't.
SL is delaying, figuring the "MONEY race" is to secure a manufacturer with the design, and SL probably has the inside track to that situation, hence the lawsuit so PL can try to keep the "interested manufacturer" at "arms length" until OWNERSHIP is decided.
