A company with $1 in debt cannot buy back stock let alone $27 million. A company diluting hundreds of million of shares on average per day is selling stock as a primary business.
If CYBL does not have enough stock to cover debt or they cannot get buyers to buy the stock they are dumping to meet obligations; there will be a Reverse Split to raise PPS and provide enough stock. fact.
Anything other speculation is just silly. The 10-K Annual Report due next week will prove me right once again.
