So you're saying a reverse split motivates investors to buy a stock that wasn't selling at lower levels. If so, I completely disagree. It's a huge red flag for investors to stay away which is why people who are negative on a company throw that term around on these message boards regardless of its pertinence. More investors will be motivated to buy the stock at .0001 in hopes of selling it for double.

There' no sign that there's a lack of interest in Cyberlux's stock. They only have to fulfill their obligation to NIR. The other debt is just debt that will be rolled over to the following quarters. If/when they receive one or two big orders, that debt will be eliminated. The objective is to keep the company in the best possible position they can while they're in distress so when they do have those big sales, they can right their course and start regaining their reputation. This dilution is bad but it can be reversed over time if the company is able to do so.

You do understand that I know that Cyberlux is distressed. The decisions they make now are very important to their future and I think the company knows this too. The whole RS thing is dumb and using it as a marketing tool is even more dumb. We all know that and I hope the company knows it too. I would suspect they do since they increase their AS so high.
