How about the possibility that Mr. Schmidt went to the local NC bar and met Lenny, a local leprechaun, on St. Patrick's Day who told him where the pot of gold is. Do you know how much money is in that pot? You guessed it. A little over 27 million dollars. Lenny also works part time at Goldman Sachs as a venture capitalist. Lenny is short but he has impecable taste in clothing and small cap companies. He loves Cyberlux. He's suggested to Mr. Schmidt that the company take the pot of gold and buy back shares.

Anything is possible in the realm of speculation and conjuncture.
