Once a stock stops trading after a halt in the pinks it is hard to get it trading again. This is a horrible idea imho.

If Garr was concerned about billions of shares being out there that shouldn't be out there then this shell should have been halted. RMDM could have requested a trading halt due to illegal stock issuances and the SEC would have worked with them to locate the shares and get them back.
