Whats funny is if you listen to his 10/06 SPR interview he talks about how he came to the conclusion on the float being locked up.

He said himself it wasn't something HE did- it was a conclusion he came to after speaking to numerous people that said "I had x amount".

I know early on a lot of us kool aid fanatics actually thought that was his golden trump card. (Till I heard him say that)
