Hell, independent of Rufus, the group on his secret board could bring a class action against the SEC for not stopping alleged NSS.

All they'd have to do is pull their shares together and prove that they own more than the OS. Simple to do. Problem is, they wouldn't like the result. LOL!

What they'd end up with is an attorney looking at them like they have a 3rd eye because the grand total of proven ownership today is probably no more than half the OS. LOL!
