All he has to do is open a case or complaint with the SEC showing them he does in fact have the float locked up. Rufus can provide them with that info at will. Of course, if he wasn't lying about it, that is. LOL!

Come on man. The fact Rufus is a scammer isn't a difficult conclusion to come to today.

If Rufus names me as a defendent for NSS'ing his beloved stock, it would take me about 5 minutes to show and prove otherwise. Likewise, if the shares were all locked up somewhere as Rufus has claimed, Rufus could have done the same.

Problem is, he's a POS liar.
