Cole I am braking my own Boycott to answer this one.

Yes an Overhaul may be needed after evaluating if there are items that must go on like something the military wants and the ship must be reconfigured to meet the payload or the technology!

And as far as a failed project proof it! You are speculating on something you know nothing about.

In all farness I also do not know anything about the project but I do know one thing that it is still alive and not dead as you would have us believe. Well I should say others believe because I'm not falling for what your selling.
