When does the dilution begin?..Immediately?..One year from now?..Three?...Are the shares restricted?....and what does ZDSG add to Hrct...and what do two profitable companies Hrct will own 100% of, add to Hrct's value?..

I agree..We need more info..But all the talk has been about the 10K and the stuff that has been common knowledge for an awfully long time..Some folks don't have a clue about any of the specifics of the deal or ZDSG but will post to no end about it's doom...

My choice?..Wait for the details..Make my own decisions..For a six cent stock to be involved in something that could conceivably turn Hrct around, I am delighted..Jmho
