Until the Z deal, I thought Yucai and Princely were the building blocks of a whole new business entity. Ground up, let's try to build something. Now HRCT is being absorbed by an entity much larger -Z- and at great dilution and loss of control.
I don't see how HRCT increases value in that transaction.
