Ghost...thanks for the update. However, I do not believe that the Receiver is in possession of the $27 million dollars. The HII money was going to be paid once the court decided where HII would send the money. Even if HII did send the money, it would have been into an escrow account overseen by the court, not the lawyer handling the receivership.
The main concern is that this receiver lawyer is a veteran, so he will probably get favorable treatment as he has with past cases. So, he might get all that money. In the end, I just want this f'en thing to go away.
