With this price action, I was wondering if was more than just the war. Turns out, in the Texas receivership case, that Atlantic Wave and Cyberlux came to an agreement and set a hearing for that yesterday. There is no order out yet, but it the hearing should have happened yesterday. The agreement called for Cyberlux to pay the attorneys fees of Atlantic Wave of $873,849.02 and for the receiver to get 25% of that amount, an additional $218,463.10. This would settle everything and dissolve the receivership. The hiccup is that the receiver has objected to this and is requesting his 25-33% of ALL the moneys that he has in his possession which according to his court filing is 27 million. I can only image that he got the Hll money for it to be that large. Clearly, an 8-9 million dollar fee for 10 months work to satisfy a single judgement, when the money was tendered less than 3 weeks AFTER the receivership was commenced, is excessive and I can't believe that any Judge would award that (nor any appellate court uphold the award). So now we sit and wait for an order from the Judge. Could be some really great news for us coming down the pipe very quickly. Fingers crossed the Judge agrees with us and signs the order terminating the receivership. This would certainly be a big catalyst for higher price movement.
