I am just going by what the receiver stated in his court filings objecting to the settlement. The only way that I can think of that he could get that much is from Hll. But I am certain that you are correct, he doesn't hold any of the money himself, it is all technically in the courts registry (even if it is actually in his trust account) which is why he needs to submit accountings to the court. An interesting thing I saw in the accounting are the payments to Ukrainian factory workers, so it certainly seems like the Ukrainians are making CYBL drones in Ukraine factories for cost savings. There were a lot of payments that suggest we are actually do more business then I have suspected since last May.

He's not in possession of the HII funds. The Federal Court is. He had nothing to do with collecting those funds either. That was dictated by the terms of the initial Contract Modification with HII, placing the funds in an Interpleader. What he did do is try to make it appear as if he had anything to do with collecting funds, by using the term "constructive possession”. In fact, he also had nothing to do with the initial garnishment that paid the underlying judgement in full, in Fairfax county either. All collection activity should have ceased when the underlying judgement was paid in full.
