Totally inaccurate. Another indication that bashers have no understanding of regulations. Vitriolic , false statements do not change the record. Nor do fictional accounts of how you think the court should work. More opinion without facts.

FACTS:
1. Carol Fox Foelak is the longest tenured ALJ .
2. Her Dismissal of Dec 2019 was the only Standing Order in DBMM’s delayed filings OIP and it became the Final Order of Dismissal in June 2023 . Unfortunately Covid intervened so timing extended. That is how the legal documentation works.
3. The Standing Order of Dec 2019 was NOT Remanded, Vacated or Set Aside as was the case with the SCOTUS Order on Dec 2017 which legally removed all previous Orders and over 100 cases started over .
4. The Petition for Review is internal only and as stated overriden with Final Order. That is exactly what happened. Petition for Review by Enforcement overreach.
5. A Basher being a mouthpiece for Enforcement is not in the Shareholder’s best interests as they have been sanctioned for overreach many times . They are not controlling, only the SEC is and they spoke with the Final Order. Final Order (not just Order) confirms Standing Order.
6. What doesn’t matter is Enforcement comments out of context and ignored by the full Commission.

Shareholders care about the future and the execution of the DCIE. DBMM is executing . Stay tuned.
