Hi Lizzy....I'm not sure I agree with your comment about cancelling the buyback. Buying back the stock doesn't cancel out the shares. It just changes ownership of the shares back to the AMRN coffers. This in itself should increase the share price due to the float shrinkage. It may be a benefit for the BO because the buyer can more easily justify the BO price multiple if our price is higher.
