According to the news release it states that "Upon completion, management anticipates the combined organization to reach approximately $43 million in annual revenue and over $1 million in operating income by the end of fiscal year 2025, ending on March 31"...if that is the case I would say that Brito plans to turn this Letter of Intent with UCL into a completed acquisition with in the next 3 months.
