I think Mr Chanmugan is here for more than being a director. I don't know what he is here for TBH, but just look at the guy's credentials. I sense he might have aspirations to be more than temporary CEO of OneMind NG or a director position.

Well tell me ; why can't Jim Honan publicly inform everyone he is still intent on involvement within the Internet of Things, connectivity space, etc. How is that possibly privileged information or intellectual property? It certainly gives him better credibility. He really needs that right now, because for all newbies know. The merger failed because Patrick found something flawed about Hypervisor or whatever speculative doubt.

Of course that's speculation, if he was more transparent the speculation would diminish and confidence in the company could flourish. Investors want to believe in him, his enigmatic behaviour is a dangerous liability. The market doesn't think much of Jim Honan right now though, I can assure you.

My problem is that his confusion on details when read can seem to others like he knows she is saying.

It’s amazing how many people do not know when a Q must be filed when it’s over. His thinking it was at the end date would or could influence others into thinking “Why invest here they are late with their quarterly report “. So they move on. I prefer to correct the confusion with the facts. I do it so our board is as factual as possible. If I don’t know the answer to what I perceive may be incorrect information I will make damn sure I get it and post it

But I understand the other side to my explanation and support the use of the ignore button by others.

I do not Jim clarifies things for me or anyone else but he does not give out information that is not already available. If I as what the target company(s) are he will ignore the question. If I ask him are we going to be a fully reporting company he will respond that it’s the goal to become fully reporting. But nothing more. All we can assume is they are going to be technology companies not aerospace. They will follow our current business model. IoT smart city or inter active technology. He doesn’t give insider information

I never engage people like that, since it just gives them more ammo to disrupt things with. Jesus H Christ... its not anything that anyone does not expect its been consistent with every quarter and end of the year filing since 2020... Now if you give it a little thought you may come up with the answer... Jim has to wait for figures from OneMind and they are located in Spain...since its consistent with every filing since OneMind came into the company since 2020 its safe to say the delay is on their end for some reason... a reg from the Spanish govt when it come to quarterly filings is most likely but we dont know what that reg is or what the delay is attributed to... but if your going to invest in a company learn about the company and how it operates...then you wont have to dissect and complain about everything it does.

4-5 weeks instead of 2-3. I was out 2 weeks ok. This constant late filing is onerous and unnecessary not to mention a pain in the nuisance. It messes people up, but in this case I can make the exception.

Rich I dont know where you get your numbers and dates from, but the Q 2 filing was due on August 9 and was posted on August 19 five days after the Late Filing.. was posted. The 2nd quarter ended on June 30 and the filing date for the Quarter was 45 days after the Quarter. The 3rd quarter ended on September 30 and the filing date is 45 days after September 30. Which makes in in November. So there are 31 days in Oct. which leaves another 14 days in November for the 45 required days to file Q 3. they will file the Late notice around or on the 14th of November and then have 5 days after that to put up the 3rd Quarter report that ended on Sept 30th
"I note the prescribed due date for last Q2 was June 30th" So no the prescribed date was not June 30th that is the end date of the quarter... The same thing applies for your Prescribed date of Sep. 30 again that is the end of the Quarter.... no one can file a 3 month quarter on the day it ends...thats impossible.

The only thing wishy washy is your confusion on when Quarter's end vs when the filing for the quarter is due.

Just to be clear quarter filings are due no later then 45 days after the end of the quarter, unless a Notice of Late Filing is posted

Year end filings are due 90 days at the end of the 4th quarter again unless a Notice of Late Filing is posted

Late filing usually comes out November 14-15th and Quarterly usually 5-7 days later.

Now wouldn’t that be a surprise if the Quarterly comes out November 14th or 15th!

It's still about the companies. A company must invent/innovate, produce/manufacture, & or consult, then sell. Interesting fact, approx 90percent of AI startups have failed in the past 2 years.
