Dell Technologies • DELL-NYSE Outperform • $121.63 on Oct. 30 by Evercore ISI We think Dell Technologies is poised to gain share, and it remains a logical partner for customers who look for better/different supply-chain diversity and, crucially, a strong services offering through the deployment life cycle.
Our framework remains that key customers like CoreWeave and Musk companies (Tesla, X, xAI) are largely dual-sourcing production across both Dell and Super Micro Computer [whose shares plunged 32.7% on Oct. 30 following a report indicating that Ernst & Young had resigned as the company’s auditor].
Given this latest concern surrounding Super Micro, we think it’s critical to think through the competitive landscape when it comes to AI servers....Our sense is that AI server share split is roughly 50/50 between Dell and Super Micro at the Musk companies; however, we think Dell has been winning incremental share at various large accounts on the heels of better reliability and services.
We estimate that Dell’s AI server revenue is on track to do $8 billion-plus in sales this year, and likely get to more than $10 billion next year—though, critically, the focus for Dell will be how it sustains acceptable Ebit margins and its potential to cross-sell various solutions (networking, storage, services) to these customers.
Longer term, we think that Dell is well positioned as the enterprise vendor of choice once enterprise/commercial customers deploy their own AI infrastructure, given Dell’s customer reach within standard x86 servers, superior services, and comprehensive portfolio. Target price/base case: $140.

RELAX! Look it up. These are the convertible note-restricted shares issued on September 8, 2022, with a 10% interest rate maturing on September 8, 2023. All of these notes were converted during 2023, as detailed in the filings. I'm not sure why he asked that question since he already knew the answer.

The bid whacking isn't coming from the retailers; it's from the MM OTCN. When the stock has low volume, a significant amount of bid support is necessary to draw in more buyers and drive the price up. However, when there's higher volume, that support isn't as critical, as buyers will be actively chasing the ask price.
This is the OTC market, and he needs to grasp the dynamics at play. If he wants the stock to rise, he should hire a PR firm to engage with shareholders consistently. UC*PA has generated nearly 300M dollars in revenue and millions in net profit for several years, yet the stock has languished at $0.002 for almost four months. This is due to the CEO keeping news for himself instead of communicating with investors.

Affluence Corp, announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire three IoT technology companies and, along with OneMind Technologies, will form a new company named Digibriks. The proposed acquisition includes companies with complementary software products, engineering, integration, and implementation services capabilities. Affluence has executed Letters of Intent with all three companies, and upon completion, Digibriks will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Affluence, giving OneMind Technologies an end-to-end solution and entry into Telecom, Manufacturing as well as expanding its footprint into the Smart City markets.
This acquisition will add to top-line revenue as well as positive earnings and cash flow. In 2023, the combination of these three companies recorded approximately $5 million in revenue and over $1 million in EBITDA. Secondly, we will have an improved technology platform integrating Digibriks' connectivity solutions, IIOT platforms, and digital twin technologies with OneMind, giving Affluence a dominant product in multiple industries. Third, this acquisition will give access to a large installed base for the new OneMind product, greater access to a growing network of a world-class partner ecosystem, and a large reseller and distributor network.
The proposed acquisition will strengthen OneMind Technologies' Hypervisor NG product and enable the product to manage devices and networks, connect to Industrial systems and standards, and streamline the operations and maintenance cycles of industrial projects. The merged solutions will also expand the company's integration capabilities beyond The Smart City space to develop new Telecom and Manufacturing opportunities.
The first of the merged companies specializes in crafting valuable ecosystems through a combination of robust IoT software and networking solutions.
The companies are experts in interconnected systems, solution development, and network optimization through a blend of cutting-edge software, integration capabilities, and consulting services.
One company provides definitive expertise in project completion, specializing in adaptation design and installation of technology initiatives focusing on smart systems, specifically in the Mobility, Telecom, and Manufacturing sectors.
Their unique approach combines deep technical expertise with a client-centric focus to transform complex technology into user-friendly solutions.
