That means the performance notes, the same ones you keep screaming about, became convertible starting April 12, not August, not “soon,” not “if they like.” April 12. So where are they? Why hasn’t the float exploded if it’s so toxic and offensive and broken like you pretend? The answer is simple: because this isn’t 2023 anymore. This isn't Jacob’s regime. You are stuck in the past trying to scare people with half the story.

The notes converted? Sure, they were allowed to start four months ago. But the OS has barely moved. The market soaked it. No panic. No dilution storm. No flash crash. Just stable float, rising revenue, and preferreds on deck. You keep dumping links and throwing tantrums hoping nobody actually checks the filings. You’re not educating anyone, you’re just trying to cover. The people know the difference now. That’s why it’s not working anymore.
