You think a preferred dividend is good news? Those preferred shares are all owned by Mexedia and the only source of free cash the company has would come from selling Raadr shares. Another software promoting share selling scheme, yeah, never saw that one before. Expedited acquisition close, who pays for that? Think they can sell that $1.5 million reg A offering without a reverse split? As of last Wednesday's share count update they hadn't sold any of it. As of last Wednesday none of the conversions linked below appear to have been sold. It has been months since we have seen any consequential change in the OS. Makes one wonder if they are still working through the notes with the leak out provisions. Think they would report that they talked about a reverse split at teh board meeting?

We have a board meeting about to drop with major implications: preferred share dividend, expedited acquisition close, and the full-scale rollout of a blockchain-based trading platform that could disrupt how an entire industry transacts.
