Yes it is too bad that Anavex had not anticipated the titration issue, should have. It is a key reason why some here believe a confirmatory larger, longer and well designed controlled trial with everything now known would have been a good move. Instead we now hang onto a possible hope that EMA will approve based on the totality of information and unmet need.

If not we have lost years to the competition and with less ability to raise cheaper funding. Pound foolish and pennywise imho!
