They did ramp the dose. They just found that for some, they need to ramp even slower. They could have learned that in a very expensive P3, but instead they learned it in a far less expensive P2B/3. Where's the beef? I look at other relatively small cap biotech startups and there is a massive drop to the share price before getting to a regulatory submission. Sometimes a 100 fold drops. If you look at AVXL, what you see is volatility but no net drop. Amazing. That is Missling's gift. Though I must say that I feel a little like a whiter turnip after the on-goings over the last 2 weeks.
