I don't want to get too tea-leafy, but the previous meeting's minutes also include this:

"Commissioners were updated that the CHM expert working group on cancer vaccines was established in March 2023 and is being converted into the Highly Personalised Medicines Expert Working Group from May 2024. The group’s terms of reference have been updated to incorporate conditions like rare diseases and specific tumour types."

If I were to engage in utterly unfounded speculation, I might start thinking that the working group was rebranded because it had just completed some task that had specifically involved cancer vaccines, and was transitioning its expertise to focus on "highly personalised medicines" more broadly.

So in May, an expert working group finishes a task that has to do with highly personalized cancer vaccines... then in June the CHM advises on "a medicine indicated to treat adults with brain cancer"...
