A new tranche of CHM minutes documents was just released. The minutes for the 6/27-6/28 meeting indicate that the commission considered and advised on "a medicine indicated to treat adults with brain cancer."

If the 60-day clock off period started then, it would have ended at roughly the end of August. A 70-day phase 2 would have ended around the beginning of the second week of November. This would be consistent with the earlier observation that a decision could be rendered anytime between 11/14/24 and 1/31/25.
