An RFI is very common. It is not at all like the FDA’s complete response letter, which I can tell you are confounding an RFI with.
An RFI is not bad news, it’s par for the course, aka, not newsworthy.
I did not say there was a double RFI, I simply calculated that they must have asked for an additional 60 days to respond in addition to the 60 days they would have been given if they received an RFI. This is very typical extension requesting behavior for NWBO, if in fact they requested this. Fortunately, they cannot ask for another extension.
