Les literally says there is NO news from the MHRA. He says NO MHRA news is GOOD news (which he is right about). By the time he recorded his whatever he was trying to get across, the RFI would have been way way way overdue if it still came today. So how would you go from him saying NO news from the MHRA is GOOD news to your freaking DOUBLE RFI "reading that between the lines"?
