It is hypocritical to think that

"Bashers" have no effect on the stock price yet "shills" do.

I agree that message board posting has little effect on the price of a stock. Clearly, the satirical nature of the comment escaped you. In simpler terms, I said that it makes equally as much sense to claim that bashers brought down the stock in the last half of the week as it does to clam that "shills" lifted the stock price at the beginning of the week.
The expected delisting date of November 15 (not October 25) was derived based on the expectation of receiving the notification letter on August 15 per the discussion on this board. As we now have confirmed the letter was received on August 27. It further gives the date of September 5. again referencing the discussion earlier on this board a period of roughly 60 days will pass before the actual delisting takes place. Further ASTN has appealed the ruling. While not guaranteed to do so this could add as many as 90 days to the final delisting date. Thus I arrived at the quite reasonable date of December 5 as the latest we might expect the delisting to occur. It would not be unreasonable to expect a delisting event to occur before then, however given that NASDAQ was nearly two weeks behind our projected schedule in delivering this notification I see no reason to believe the process will be accelerated to a pace that would guarantee delisting prior to the Shareholders meeting. To make an unequivocal statement that it will, raises questions about the source's credibility and/or access to insider information.
The official word on notifying the public concerning a delisting notification is that the company is required to do so in a timely fashion. I was incorrect concerning the requirement to do so, but not about a specific time frame being required. If the time lag between receiving the notification and the PR were outside of allowed practices I am certain we will see a disciplinary action on Tuesday by the NASDAQ. I am equally certain that if the time lag was not outside allowed practices that we will hear nothing further from NASDAQ on the matter. As they are the authority in this regard I will respect their decision.

>>The share price is going lower

The sky is blue.

Anyone with eyes could make both of these statements and be correct.

>>wait and see on Tuesday.

Now this takes a bit more information. To predict a price direction on a given day usually requires an elevated testosterone level or certain knowledge of the activities of specific individuals trading intentions.
