"Bashers" to me mean people who are tryign to artificially lower the share price for financial gain by posting utter lies. Honest negative posters are a different animal. Their reasons are to inform and forewarn.
"P&D'ers and stock promoters" to me mean people who are trying to artificially raise the share price for financial gain by posting utter lies. Honest positive posters are a different animal. Their reasons are to inform and share the news.
The original delisting schedule was based on the assumption that they fell short of two requirements. We have just found out that they fall short of another requirement. They can reverse split adn take care of the bid price. No biggie, ifta did 200:1 and went from .02 to about 3.50. The other two requirements are much mroe difficult to comply with. They must increase net assets and shareholder equity. They can access the toxic funds and get the cash but can only get about $1M at a time. They need millions in order to meet these requirements. If they take the funds, the price drops even lower.
I believe they will delist on schedule as nasdaq will realize that they can't come up with any plan to comply with the other two requirements. If you listened to the last two fwf, fred the ceo already said if they delist, oh well. He also said he was against a reverse split but he has flip flopped on every other issue so you know he'd do it if he thought they could stay listed. I see them delisting within two weeks of the date given. We shall see.
