It is hypocritical to think that

positive posters have no effect on the price yet "bashers" do.

The expected delisting date was october 25 with perhaps a week or so extra. Septemer 5 is a month an a half plus earlier. It will also happen before the shareholders meeting which is a psychological bloe to the sharehodlers. The shareholders were also not informed that ashton didn't meet three of the requirements, only two. This compnay is in the securities business and should know the rules better than anyone. I feel they misled the shareholders.

Call nasdaq as I did and ask about the process. They MUST send out a PR about a final notification letters asap. The guy told me this on the phone. I posted a link to page with phone number so others could call.

The share price is going lower, wait and see on Tuesday.
