This is an example of why we need to depend less on technology. Simply put the increasing chaotic magnetic energy is causing technology to go haywire and combust. Things arent bad yet so we still have time to use technology we have to find ways to reduce our need of it. I said reduce not eliminate. Some tech may survive an eventual magnetic flip if that is indeed what will happen; there is debate on whether this is just natural fluctuation or part of the next flip.
Food for thought, EVs only seem to go out of control and catch fire when there is or recently has been (within 2-3 days as the energy dissapates), increased geomagnetic activity.

I'm begging all of you to NEVER get in a Tesla as long as you live. It started accelerating on its own in a parking garage and my dad lost all control of the car and we ran into a wall at 40 mph. Most horrifying experience of my life.
