What I do know is that pancreatic cancer is highly immunosuppressive.

Despite being classified as either 'inflamed,' 'immune excluded,' or an 'immune dessert,' tumour microenvironments are heterogeneous, utilising different mechanisms of immunosuppression.

Intuitively I would think that the combination of DCVax-L + PD-1 inhibitor + CSF1R-i + Poly-ICLC would certainly work on pancreatic cancer.

Anti-CSR-1R and anti-CSF-1 (+ anti-PD(L)-1) mAbs have been tested in a broad range of solid tumours, including pancreatic, but activity was poor. Also, there was a trial that tested DC vaccination, intratumoral injections of poly-ICLC, and radiotherapy, but again, activity was poor.

It is certainly worth a shot.

No, it isn't, as that would be good money thrown after bad.

But as you can see, the establishment chooses greed over human life.

Of course! Back in reality, a number of companies are working hard on various therapies, including Affini-T Therapeutics (private).
